OLD STABLES
The Old Stables in the heart of St. Petersburg had been abandoned for nearly 30 years before we stepped in. Our main goal was to preserve these 18th-century buildings, making sure they could stand the test of time without an expensive overhaul - at least for now.
With a careful, low-cost approach, we managed to stop the decay and bring some life back into the space. This is just the beginning - a full restoration is planned for the next phase, giving these historic buildings a second chance at the future they deserve.
