S.M.Kirov textile factory
The revitalization of the historic buildings of the Kirov Spinning and Thread Factory in St. Petersburg was a last chance to save them. We developed a concept to breathe new life into the site, preserving its industrial heritage and turning it into a vibrant public space.
Unfortunately, the project remained unrealized—plans for the site changed, and a residential complex is now set to replace the factory. Though this vision won’t come to life, it stands as a reminder of the potential these historic spaces hold and the importance of preserving them for future generations.
