VYAZEMSKY's house
The Vyazemsky House on Kamenny Ostrov Avenue in St. Petersburg is a historic building dating back to 1866, later redesigned in 1869-1871 by architect E. E. Anikin. Once owned by R. M. Wetzler in the 1890s, the house has long been a part of the city’s architectural heritage.

Our goal was to save the building from complete ruin. We worked closely with developers and competed for the right to purchase and restore it. The idea was not just to preserve the structure but to give it new life-as a public space with galleries and an event venue, transforming it into a cultural hub for the city.
